What kind of Yoga?

Hahoutoff Yoga
This style places great importance on breath, seen as a bridge between body and mind.
Breathwork is central, deepening presence and awareness in each posture.

Alignment-Based Yoga
This approach emphasizes postural precision and the use of props to refine each asana (pose).
Here, breath supports the posture but remains secondary to alignment and stability.
